316 Cambridge Science Park

Situated in a prime location within the Science Park, Main Contractor, Coel were commissioned to repurpose the existing 22,000 sq ft, two-story office building into a CAT-A office and lab space.

Works included a new ground floor slab, new internal doors, ceilings and M&E works throughout, complete with renewal of the curtain wall and windows, giving the building a sleek, modern exterior while improving thermal efficiency. This modern facility has been finished featuring beautiful landscaping with trees, shrubs and seating.
