Refurbishment
As energy costs continue to escalate, the need for waste to be minimised to protect the environment grows.
Refurbishment of existing buildings is a cost-effective way of lowering overall running costs and lowering C02 emissions. This can range from replacement of the glazing and cladding or a complete envelope replacement.
Replacing wall façades in an occupied building is not always possible, either due to economic constraints or logistical reasons. In these situations, an over sheeting system can be installed.
Over cladding can be an ideal cost-effective way of improving the aesthetics of a building. New cladding can be installed over existing brickwork or tired, out of date cladding, providing a fresh clean image to any business premises. The new cladding can be profiled, micro-rib or completely flat to create a true architectural finish.
