Continuing on looking back of our 45 year history, we remember in 1986, a purpose-built 124 feet long (37.7m), Jaguar Car Showroom on Cromer Road in Hellesdon, Norwich.
Built in just 17 weeks by R G Carter, the building accommodated office space, specialist workshop and staff facilities.
The Showroom was constructed in steel frame with brick and metal cladding but mainly glass walls on three sides which we supplied and installed.
36 years on and the building still remains as the Jaguar Showroom in its busy main road location on the outskirts of the city centre.
