Canary Quay is a residential scheme comprising of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a mix of affordable rent, shared ownership and open market homes.

Located alongside the River Wensum and adjacent to Norwich City Football Club, this 323 apartment project commenced in the summer of 2018 by main contractor R G Carter and has this year been handed over to Broadland Housing Group.

With the challenge of a pandemic in the centre of the journey to its completion, through commitment and hard work from everyone involved, this fantastic scheme has successfully been delivered to the very high standards and won Residential Project of the year at the Norfolk Constructing Excellence Awards.

The team at Drayton Windows were very proud to have been a part of this project and are delighted to showcase our involvement all four phases, which comprised of the design, fabrication and installation of Kawneers AA100 Curtain Wall with AA720 and 190TB Doors and Rehau Doors.
