Claas UK, Headquarters, Norfolk

The new state-of-the-art headquarters for CLAAS UK, one of the largest private agricultural machinery manufacturers in the world, has now been completed on its prominent A14 site near Bury St Edmunds.

This complete redevelopment of the existing CLAAS and MANNS site, comprised of a three floor office and two single storey triple height CLAAS vehicle display technoparcs. A series of MANNS workshops, a central parts warehouse, and academy training facilities were also constructed.

The new spaces were built on the same site as the existing buildings, meaning construction had to be carefully phased to ensure disturbance to the ongoing operations were minimised.
