Clayton Hotel, Birmingham

The Clayton Hotel, is located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, with just a short walk from train stations as we as being in the perfect location to stay whilst exploring the sites or shopping breaks. Due to popular demand for people wanting to stay in this family and friendly hotel, it was the perfect opportunity to see the 44 additional hotel rooms, over two floors constructed onto the existing hotel.

The project was completed within a live operational hotel. Structural strengthening works occurred to the existing floors within the existing west wing in order to accommodate the new extension works.
