Crown Place, St Stephens Towers

Originally built by R G Carter in the early 1970s, St Stephens Towers has been refurbished and re-clad with a new floor to be added to each tower.

The two towers at St Stephens provide new living spaces for students, encompassing 702 rooms and a new link between the buildings. The new student accommodation comprises a mixture of studio, twodio and cluster flats with open communal spaces.

The entire building was reclad in a new curtain walling system, installed within a logistically challenging site adjacent to Norwich bus station and above occupied retail units.
