Fellowes Plain, Norwich

This exciting conversion project was born out of the re-location of the former Norfolk & Norwich hospital.

The scheme involved refurbishment of the existing ward blocks linked to demolition of some old areas to enable new construction for the residential units.

Drayton used Kawneer AA100 curtain walling on the penthouse levels to create the building envelope glazed in AA600 windows and 605 series thermally broken doors. Aluminium faced insulated panels were installed into the stick curtain walling throughout.
