Higgs Yard is a new development in the heart of South East London comprising of new homes and commercial space.

134 new homes have been built, which 50% will be affordable homes and over 45,000 square metres of commercial space has been created from a former industrial site at Loughborough junction.

Drayton Windows works involved the design, supply and installation of Kawneer AA100 Curtain Walling and AA190TB Doors to all the commercial and ground floor screens.
