JAT – Alconbury Weald

The centre includes facilities for prototyping new toys, model making and packaging development, together with a demonstration area to show products to customers. The facility also includes offices over two storeys, a 10,000sqm warehouse area with 6 mini loading docks and a 50 space carpark and concrete yard. The building is a steel frame construction, using five varying types of Kingspan cladding, feature brise soleil to the front of the facility and two balconies.
