We are delighted to have secured the design, fabrication and installation of Curtain Walling, Windows and Proteus HR Rainscreen Cladding at 10 Station Road, Cambridge.
The building will offer 5 floors of modern flexible office space with a 4th floor terrace. The city’s architectural heritage has been incorporated in the design, of an elegant façade, with a grand entrance to make a stunning impression.
The building will become a new edition of recently built modern sustainable offices, within a growing world class community, giving a home nearby to the likes of Amazon, Samsung and Microsoft.
We are expected to start on site March 2023.
